this is SO!!!!

it's actually not shocking at all shadow wants to destroy eggman now more than ever. the whole comic up to this point references forces a lot, and shadow went through quite a bit in forces, saw a lot too...so yeah. he's valid honestly.

I just think it's interesting how sonic & shadow work in different ways. yet so similar at the same time. The both of them know what they're about, the both of them do have the same goal, but they do it in different ways. They are truly two sides of the same coin.

and then following sonic at the end....to THAT PARTICULAR SCENE it's just. it's very telling me thinks.

now to talk abt shadow chao bc I keep, thinking abt this. I always hc'd that character chao are the essence of their actual character & I think it's Interesting how shadow chao was a lil bugger this whole arc...until shadow had his clarity in 36.

a mutual pointed out to me that sonic acts a lil offstandish towards belle & I find that really interesting...more so that she somewhat resembles mr.tinker & after EVERYTHING sonic has been through in idw, has witnessed, was warned abt...it makes so much sense that he's wary omg
