Swap out Clan Salubri that Clan Tremere Diablerized & hunted down with Clan Assamite reducing their numbers to small handfuls & thus completely destroying their clan culture & structure.

So back during my stream with @Crimson_Cleric where I explained a bit about Vampire the Masquerade Lore & Character Creation I talked about the issues with Clan Assamite & made a comment that I could easily fix them & make them work in your standard VTM Game & I can!
