Yo i found an old Yoshi drawing from my DA days so i thought id share. As you can tell i was struggling a bit at grasping how to shade shit in a more “painterly” way.

@VeemonTamer I completely agree with this! While studying the YI style and digging up so many refs ended up separating my commission options for it in 2 seeing that the YI DS promo art is pretty much the modern designs with sketchy lineart. So i totally see where you’re coming from.
