Deku is a Guardian Angel that just started his descend to a human world to find his assigned human, Bakugou Katsuki.

Izuku Midoriya, since his hero costume is too dirty for wear he wash it and only find this random overall for temporary coverage while suddenly a villain pops up.

This is overall Deku + Manga Deku + Hornay Cinna.
