Oh, and speaking of things lost to the ages...

RIP to Outcast and PokeSprites. Lost to a broken external hard drive💔

@GultianoCharlie & I met through PokeSprites, so it was a heartbreaking piece of work to lose.

And last GIF is a lolsorandom Mingan doodle I did back in the day. I actually got commissioned a few times to make these with other people's characters heh

Also it's a shame the quality of the pixel art is being butchered as much as it is. Because these were originally pretty crisp & NOT blurry messes.... Twitter bad lol

Another example of improved speed is that all these pieces took about the same amount of drawing time for me to finish, give or take an hour or two.

It's cool because my absolute best pieces of 2013-2015, that took me HOURS to do? Are the same quality as the doodles I crack out in 30 minutes! :D

Speed has also been a thing I've improved on!

This drawing of Mingan from 2014 took about 5 (6?) hours to do start to finish. The newer pic of the avio & crystals took me like an hour, hour & a half tops. & the pic of Centela & Goose didn't take more than 2 hours!

Also, sometimes, my art was weird for absolutely no reason. Genuinely, I just did what I wanted, whether or not it was a good art decision or if it made sense. Ironically, the weird ones are some of my fondest memories drawing.

Speaking of "my journey", these pieces highlight the journey well ;)

First three with Mingan are redraws, The Distro one was its own stand alone, but it fits the theme as the first two pics!
