She's a Kamijaan, a type of manakete I created that appears in Indigo Rising. She was once under the influence of powerful dark magic (her father experimented to make her a weapon) which still lingers, hence her black eye.

Photoshop crashed on me so this is about as far as I got before I decided to give up for the night.
