Oda Kippoushi is based on the figure, Oda Nobunaga, in his childhood days back when he was Oda Kichihoshi. Kippoushi is from that time in the life where others refer to them as the Fool of Owari, a crucial point in the figure's life.

Now to detail on the servant and key differences. First and clear one is that Fate's version is gender swapped of the one in history. She wears a military uniform that it seems like she prepared herself.

She would also receive alts which would be a summer 4* Berserker version centered around rock n roll and a 5* star Avenger alt that would be an aggregation of every possible Nobunaga from past, present, and future.

No wonder he is so popular in Japan and the West til this day and they are so many portrayals of him in pop culture. He are a few from other media than Fate including a personal favorite from Drifters.
