SILVER, previously known as RAIN, is the Prince (= Head Follower) of the rogue group "Goldies." he is the long lost son of Quill and Thunder, who is forced to hide his secret lineage for his own safety. he is a secondary love interest of Smoke and sees Goldie as a mother figure.

FLARE is the daughter of Lord Snow and is a Follower of Stars in Training. she is in a forbidden relationship with Smoke. Flare's life is turned upside down when she is appointed Head Follower under a new tyrant leader, whom she discovers is her half brother.

SMOKE is robin's brother and is a Follower of Sun in Training, who later inherits the position of Lord of Followers of Gold. he assumes this status to try and find Robin, but the power goes to his head and his motives grow corrupt.

ROBIN is a Follower of Sun in Training. she is Smoke's sister and is captured by the Followers of Stars late in the story. she loses her memory due to injury and the Followers of Stars rename her Fang.
