RIP Raymond Briggs, whose impact - on comics, on children who read comics - simply cannot be understated. When the Wind Blows terrified me as a child, and does to the same degree today. I can’t think of any other work that can say the same.
You’re going to see a lot of @ArtBySale Batman images over the comic weeks and not without good reason, but I’d contend he was one of the only artists to ever make Daredevil’s original costume remotely cool looking. A huge loss to comics. RIP Mr Sale
