Aaaaaa, I'm such a silly. Colin should not have had a blue neck floatie in this; this was way before an event happened that made it blue. In much of the story up to that point, it's still yellow. A bit of an update to fix that. >w<

Here's something I drew a couple years ago, back when the Alolan Starters were revealed. Popplio caught my heart right away and to this day is still my favorite Alolan Starter Pokemon. #TeamPopplio
