I'm seriously considering taking the chance on my gut health and trying to digest meat again, but I have 0 appetite for meat. I'm just so lost. I wish my body didn't have so many issues, I just want to be healthy. So tired of feeling trapped in all the health problems

....not me realizing iron deficiency can lead to weight gain, and now A LOT of things make sense. I've been eating plant based for 5 years and I've admittedly neglected supplements. This is all biting me in the ass and I hate myself for it
