An ancient minister who was imprisoned in a cursed cauldron for embezzlement on a grand scale many years ago. With his powers of hypnotism, he lured a certain research vessel to his part of the sea floor and began his conquest of a new age.

BILIUS and GALL
Hob Bliedem's brilliant financial advisors and reluctant bodyguards. The two are reticent to resort to violence, so they usually get away with a growl and a flex to get their boss' way. Bilius is the blue one, and Gall is the green one.

MUCOSA
Hob Bliedem's minister of technology, Mucosa is a quiet woman with a thirst for war. She seems almost single-mindedly focused on creating weaponry and war machinery, which Bliedem doesn't really consider all too useful--though it never hurts to have an ace up your sleeve.

HOB BLIEDEM
Bliedem is the Hobgoblin (or goblin in charge) of the Hob. Installed under mysterious circumstances, the tiny tycoon lives lavishly with the profits from his still-active trade caravans. Is this legal? He certainly thinks so.
