Most of the console releases of the past 10 years really could use a rollback update.

My only request to those who are "burnt out" with fighting games is to invite a few friends to learn an older game.

Go through some of the wikis on Mizuumi/SRK and see if any games interest you.

Side-games are a great way to combat burnout on games you play "seriously".
