For favorite villain team I'm going with the Aether Foundation. Though I know it's not the "Team" of Sun/Moon I just really liked the aesthetic and lore in their story. The admins had some hella cool designs too.

I'm gonna go Favorite Gym Leader for 13. My favorite will always be Elesa something about her runway in BW2 had me shook as a kid.

Opal is a close second because old lady fairy type.

Favorite Professor, this was a tough one, but has to go to
daddy Sycamore. Kukui is close second… we all know why.

Favorite Rival - I actually have two. First was Silver, I started with G/S and I love how much of a POS he is. But Bede gave me the same energy but I love his fashion more.

Favorite Pseudo Legendary is Cresselia. I have such a fondness for anything related to the moon.

Favorite starter is Popplio.
First fairy starter and a femme rep with Primarina.

I actually have two favorite Megas. It’s a tie between Diancie and Alteria. THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE ALTERIA FAIRY DRAGON. Like as it’s normal typing.

Favorite legendary would have to be Zacian. I wanted to get Sword so bad but the version exclusives for Shield got me. A close friend surprised me though and traded me them on Christmas.
