Probably the coolest thing I did at #SDCC today: holding original CASTLE OF CAGLIOSTRO animation cells in my hands. It made one of my all-time favorite animated movies smaller and greater and more intimate at the same time. Felt the work of human hands on it. Weird experience.

Found a 1937 Oregon Journal in our attic. Here's an article about the response to Mayor LaGuardia calling Hitler a "brown-shirted fanatic."
