I was intrigued by the prompt for this PixelJoint challenge from several months ago: create a 16-color image relating to water, in which the blue value (RGB) for every color was 0. Pixel artists can’t resist arbitrary restrictions. (2020)

Easily one of the worst sprite updates from Green. Look what they did to my boy:

I think blastoise is the coolest starter, but his sprite in Red/Blue looks like the Michelin Man (though his original sprite in the Japanese Green version was spot-on). I based mine on the best sprite of all- quadruped blastoise from Silver.
