@radioodemon suggested a victorian type outfit for Iris and I thought it suited him well!
Iris is an incubus who runs a simple flower shop cafe in the human world. He's actually a very sweet and soft person... most of the time xD

It's been a long while since I last drew him and I like how he came out. This also means I impulse designed a scythe on the spot for this drawing xD
