spending lots of time recently thinking about my old ocs mai and jayda, and the novel i used to want to write about the first ever characters i made

the first one is definitely a lot cozier. but im glad ive gotten better at doing the backgrounds... the view outside the window in the first one isnt blurred to give it depth, its because i didnt know how to draw trees or a sunset lol

at first his name was Dari, which ended up becoming his last name later on. and this was my first ever drawing of him.... soon after I changed it to the bright pink eyes he has now ...and made him shorter lol
