Some of my favorite pieces from Month 1

I also started practicing with digital art. First with a tiny tablet I had lying around, then eventually I bought a Wacom Intuos and started using Clip Studio, which is still my main medium.

A lot of times I would sketch in pencil and color digitally.

It felt wrong going to bed without drawing something, so did a quick Jackal sketch.

@Daemonia94 Always neat to see how a little change can make a big difference. Feels way more intense with the white.

April 2020 vs November 2019

A lot wider tone variation and a better emphasis on identifying overall shapes. Even though the newer one is more “sketchy” and done faster, it reads clearer because it’s more clearly broken down into shape areas.
