Literally, I'm more invested in this subplot than the Seer one. Somehow the seeds of this came off from a rather meh end to Babs' ongoing. Somehow Tynion took that mehness and made it gold!
Joker #15 marks the second week straight I got blind-sided by a Cass appearance. It's also the second week straight a writer on a Bat book ends their run by of course giving us a glorious Cass moment in it. So let me dig into this.
Just the thing about Gotham is well even if you're good at fighting. Gotham is ever unpredictable. And even a good fighter like Cass can't predict the twists Gotham throws at you.
