One of her closest friends she's gained since becoming an idol is without a doubt Saori Okuyama, the two of them forming the unit Purely Twin. The two of them work hard together and consult one another on their journeys to gain more courage when it comes to things like fashion.

After months of working hard, Kate's father acknowledged his daughter's growth and dedication, and gave her his permission to study abroad, believing Kate is the type of person who should help connect the world.

Satomi's most well-known trait is her almost comical sweet tooth. She's always eating foods that are practically tooth-rotteningly sweet, her family having a multitude of recipes for these types of foods, such as their well-known Sakakibara Syrup-Overload pancake.
