I knew I would get around to drawing my OC Titania, but this time I caved in and drew her with Penumbra. After all these years, the peace treaty between Planets Moon and Rorschach had finally been reached. In a very unlikely and surprising way.

The perk of drawing a one-off character that had very little impact or personality, you get to go absolutely go creative with said character design and personality wise.
