This is a surprisingly frequently asked question even now so I'll just clarify here: Komaru is on the box art for Danganronpa Decadence despite DRAE not being in the collection is because she, and the other DRAE characters, are playable in Danganronpa S.

It has been confirmed that Danganronpa Decadence will release in Japan on November 4, 2021, with pre-orders opening on July 19. Standard Edition will be 4,980 yen + tax, with details about the JP Collector's Edition also coming July 19. 1/4

@TheNinjaKuma I'm refering to Chinese language, not China the country. It's already been announced for release in HK and all DR games thus far have been released in Chinese. An article by Nintendo HK is actually where the DR S title screen picture came from.

The Hiroko Hagakure sprite featured in the English Danganronpa Decadence trailer seems to confirm that the DRAE characters are getting extended sprite sheets in Danganronpa S; her sprite is a new expression not seen in the original game.
