i call this self portrait “me thinking about the man i can fix” 💚

these 2 pieces bc it was when i truly decided i wanted more of an “anime” style to my work! https://t.co/KDVixJGEh8

i’ve had my ipad for about 2 1/2 years now and this was my first work of art on my ipad vs my most recent work. holy shit. lineart aside, bc i know i worked so hard on that, but look at my colouring!!! it’s come so far.

i gotta say even my quick/chibi style has evolved over the past 2 years i’m now able to give way more detail in a fraction of the time!

(the dan was early 2020 and the dio was from today)

i love doing these so here’s my first art vs most recent art i’ve done!! https://t.co/Tj0RXvHZ5o

@zachstaph if commissions count :3 i treasure this!!!!

2017 / 2022

2017: sad, uncertain, uncomfortable, struggling, numb to a failing relationship, stuck at a job i hate.

2022: happy, energetic, finally feel like myself, loving my job, truly in a positive place and moving forward with my life! https://t.co/dQ0Ds9qWun

the icon vs the user
