one artist / four styles

With the 4th piece, I started to lean more into design. The art is stripped back to essentials. There's a level of abstraction here not apparent in the first 3 pieces. A specific level of knowledge in the viewer is assumed and utilised to hide a visual reward in the piece.

The first 3 posters follow this thought process quite closely. These are straight forward illustration; to my mind very Bob Peak (last image) in aspiration. Rome and Turin share a vague 60s sensibility but Dortmund is a more modern departure in terms of use of artwork.
