Here’s me drawing Bukayo Saka, leaving out the exterior lines and building up the interior with deep pink purples and blues. Leaving the kit as a vector like piece with the organic style of the head blooming from the neck is to enhance the contrast and direct the eye.

Here is a video of a Lautaro Martinez portrait being drawn. When colouring it I stopped thinking and just pursued a final result that looked like it would be tangy if you licked it. I think that comes across in the skin tones. Kind of fruity? Ripe? Rotten?
