Vivian from Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. She was always the coolest partner to have in TTYD! She's definitely a very memorable character! I'm happy she got a spirit in Smash.

Falco Lombardi from Star Fox. He has always been my favorite from the Star Fox crew, I just really like his design and his stupid cocky wisecracking attitude. He has some great lines from Star Fox 64 too!

Kha'Zix from League of Legends. This character is just way too cool. A bug alien that evolves as the game progresses?! I was drawn to this character instantly. Wait... He has the same voice actor as Cell?! Coincidence?
I just wish I played him more when I used to play LoL.
