I don't often struggle with mental health, but I did when I painted this piece.

It was the first and only time I've had a panic attack. Stood in my studio with my pallet knife in my hand. Suddenly I couldn't breath.

3/ Artistic influence has been around since the beginning of art history. Artists used parts of other paintings for sketches which were developed and used within their own paintings.

@ProfessorJun_ This piece is titled "Chin Up", it deals with stress and our mental health. Painted at a time when I was dealing with these issues myself brought on my financial strain.
