I really need to make a video about how Steven Universe is one of the best Pro-Pacifism stories ever made. People who dismissed it over its ending really kinda showed their pro-violence colors when they were mad the story about pacifism ended peacefully.

Next up is Ryuki, a rock star with an utterly insane design that not only suits an over-the-top performer, but also cleverly references his key, unique Pokémon Turtonator. Overwhelmingly creative, clever, stylish, cool, unique, and colorful, Ryuki is an easy S-Tier.

Fantina up to S-Tier from B-Tier. Shocking, I know, but she checks all the boxes:

THIS...is our first S-TIER MAN! HALLELUJAH PRAISE THE LORD! IT IS POSSIBLE for a Pokémon dude to have a top tier design! I'M NOT A SIMP!

Holy cow! This guy goes hard! Shirt exploded off him, team logo is tattooed on his chest, fist is so big he's gripping MULTIPLE Pokeballs. Epic. Solid A-Tier, easily. Unique and filled with personality!

Red is a classic. I don't think his design is amazing by any extent, it's pretty basic when you break it down, but that doesn't make it bad. It has a certain style and coolness to it, so I'd probably call it above average.
