@RubyJLL @KitchenBee Thick slices of eggplant/aubergine brushed with extra virgin olive oil are lovely on the grill.
@ValontheMoon @DJEastwood1 Eggplants no longer have the bitterness of eggplants years ago. Now I only salt and press them when I want to get a lot of the water out.
