Penpe is the name of the Dungeon BGM in the first Suikoden.

I don't understand what's going on with the Boar rune...

Pahn's rune is しし (shishi) which means lions but also means beast (the kind you hunt for it's meat) and is only dropped by boar enemies.

Also really looks like a head of a boar so fair enough, boar rune.
