They are amazing and peak starter designs. I can never decide which I should pick.

Sceptile is (next to gardevoir) my favorite Pokèmon of all time
Blaziken is my favorite fire type and Swampert is just an amazing designed Pokèmon with a great typing!

Fire:Quilava Braixen
Water:Warturtle

From all of these I would say Ivysaur is the best. I love the color composition, the over all design is bad ass, I played it the most in SmB Brawl and it's the only one (except Braixen) I like more then the final Evo.
