Shibee (three guesses which breed he is) is a K-pop star who Penelope and Mozart are huge fans of, to put it lightly. Just an all-around nice guy who cares about his fans and performing. To Mozart's utter delight, Dali helps him deal with an evil impersonator.

A Pomchi and Stanley's cousin, Penelope is Mozart's best friend (bff). A "Queen Bee" who loves pink, gossip, parties and somehow manages to be more immature and airheaded than Mozart herself.

Shakespeare - an Australian shepherd - is a circus performer who Mozart frequently writes letters to. The two knew each other briefly in childhood and Mozart developed a one-sided crush on him, only for Shakespeare to say his career came first. No hard feelings.

Jett - a Saluki - is the local rocker of Dali's area and performs various gigs around the city in a bid to start a better life for her and her girlfriend, Sharp.

Mozart, a mischievous sparklecorgi, is Dali's adoptive younger sister and likes to think of herself as the real brains behind their father's outfit. She's your typical teenager: enjoys fashion, K-pop and trusting the wrong folks entirely. Including her on/off boyfriend, Berlioz.
