As you can see, the init image stays for much longer even with consistency check on, but another problem becomes much more visible *#simonandgarfunkel intensifies*

Same settings, the 2nd is without cc.
As you can see, in both cases raw footage of blue sky is getting through, but with cc it's only texture (check the top left cloud), and the color/sat/lightness stays consistent with the stylized image!
