Continuing the botanical theme, here are two life cycle artworks (tomato, fern) I did for McDougal Littell 'Middle School Science' in 2006. Really enjoyed creating these though I'm sure I could do a better job of them now.

How carnivorous plants catch their prey (commission for DK Plant, 2004): steel trap (Dionaea muscipula), bladder trap (Utricularia vulgaris), pitfall (Sarracenia flava), passive flypaper (Drosophyllum lusitanicum), active flypaper (Drosera capensis), lobster pot (S. psittacina).
