The faces however look more like Shimada's faces.

Imo it's probably a group piece.

The 20th anniversary piece was done by Shimada, p4 arena by Oribe and p5 art book was mostly Kabayashi, but there's some collab work from Shimada there. They all emulate Soejima well, but the art looks the most like Kabayashi if you look at the coloring style.

So trying to figure out who drew stuff is tricky as P Studio artists collaborate heavily. General rule is if it doesn't have a Soejima signature it wasn't solely his work (not always the case though). So who did the work?
