Reminder that a lot of schools still gloss over Indigenous genocide when they teach about Thanksgiving. The sad thing is, the "Pilgrim and Indian" drawings in the comic are based on actual, present day "lessons" from teaching websites.

Having fun doing sketches 💜

Since it's #PortfolioDay I figured I'd share some of my own creepy artwork.

I absolutely LOVED @GwendolynKiste's novella "Pretty Marys All in a Row" and was inspired to do a quick drawing of the five Marys; Mary Mac, Resurrection Mary, Bloody Mary, Mari Lwyd, and Mistress Mary. I loosely based their designs on fashion drawings.
