While I prefer to sketch->flat colors->paint, sometimes I experiments with different methods too. This piece was completely painted with no underlying sketch. #StartToFinish

Picked something sci-fi and something not green to get away from the whole "hunter green and brown leather wearing ranger" trope D&D has more or less codified elves into.
