Here’s a little progress update from this new watercolor commission that I started today!

This is my first commission that is an actual painting of another visual artist at work, and I couldn’t be more honored.

I streamed the painting of this watercolor for a little over 3 hours earlier today!

I’m going to hit another stream late tonight on twitch to finish up this guy and the worlds behind him!

I don’t like to use digital art to make the super smooth airbrushed looking art.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s GREAT for that, but I just have no interest in making every piece the same way.

I much prefer this:

One thing I love about watercolors is this bloodstained battlefield of creativity that is always left behind.
Each painting it changes. Sometimes it needs to be cleansed, and other times past colors mixed up are useful.

Art is as deep & metaphorical as you want it to be.
