Mermay 06. Not what I had in mind when I colored this... I decided to finish it even if I wasn't sure. I like more how the lines look without color but I like more the full composition but colors don't work very well with those lines.

Serenatte's kingdom architecture and clothing designs have rococo and sea elements. For this dress, I included an illusion of mermaid tail with the dress end when she is turning around.
