Bit messy, but that's kinda the point with the prompt. Took a stab at a "Darkest Dungeon" influence for this one, pretty satisfied with it! (Need to work on my color balance more though...)

So I tried using Gorillaz art as inspiration behind this take, but holy crap their art style bounced around A LOT. I think the examples I used were from the "Plastic Beach" style

One of the things I wanted to focus on with each of these challenges is to try and distance myself from my "default" form of illustration. So for this one I tried emulating charcoal sketching. (Yes that is a headband carapace)

Took a while to figure out how to get Clip Studio to cooperate with pixel art, but I did it! Took influences from Street Fighter and Metal Slug for this one.
