The Caligula Effect 2
Third time playing through this game and I cant stress enough how fantastic it is. The game perfected the interesting but flawed systems of the original game and managed to have such a distinct style and identity. The devs knew what game they wanted to make

Gotta go through the entire first 60% of Caligula 2 just to have [THAT SONG] for voltage

Also the main girl’s design is PEAK. Those eyes just pierce into you, it’s fantastic

A beautiful game with a revenge story that rivals Xenoblade 1. This game has the same emotional and empty atmosphere Nier did but with a nice hint of Dark Magical Girl. This game knew what it wanted to be and it shows. The character’s motivations and relationships-

I hear barely anything about this game but when I do it’s always praising it. Plus it was $18 and if it’s bad then it won’t be too bad

Urotsukidoji I(1987)
The plot is basically whatever but goddamn the imagery in this movie is insane. It’s got that wonderful 80’s style along with the graphic gore that was really popular around the time. The soundtrack is also good too surprisingly
