that fuckin tiger that i like https://t.co/GSE6o9cagE
When that one artist u used to fw heavy regresses in their art style and falls off hard
always consuming- never satisfied, constantly looking for more opponents to sit to his level, looking to see interesting things in the world of jujutsu so he may triumph over them like a hunter finally able to kill its game. this is sukuna in my mind.
the way i wanted to display this was in his color scheme, having a dark main color to contrast against a bright secondary color seeping out- representing the look of a furnace with a dark exterior holding in bright flames and lights that seep out of the body
now ill address the fire although im sure not much needs to be said. i wanted to represent his technique in his design as well. this wasnt easy to approach with his slashing techniques so i opted to show fires coming out his back to represent fuga
i agreed with him as it gave an opportunity to show a bit of what he used to be, human. almost wearing the identity of curses as a mask for himself. also it gave me an opportunity to show his mouth under the mask, which could work to show off the second mouth he tends to have
sukunas face. another thing i recognized that puts me off to his original design is that alot of the tattoos he has on his face simply go away for whatever reason. it makes him look so much more plain. so i decided to bring the tattoos back on the cowskull
i also think the cowskull works well as a mask that replaces whatever gege had going on here with sukunas eyes. i cant tell if theyre meant to be an accessory he wears or if its like a bulge extruding from his face but i really dont like it. speaking of things i dont like about-
now ill talk about the elephant in the domain - the new face i gave sukuna. the reason for the cowskull is pretty simple. its something that shows up in sukunas domain, malevolent shrine. when we look at character's domains visually theyre meant to reflect the character as well-
