It was exactly 33 years ago today when I was 13 years old and began a 3 week journey on a life changing trip. You don’t know who you really are as a person until you go out of your comfort zone and experience life.

I spent the last year searching for Marilyn Bjork, an old speech teacher I had in junior high. I absolutely hated public speaking and she always pushed me out of my comfort zone.

I discovered she passed away yesterday.
