I wrote a rudimentary pixel scaling library (using RotSprite as a base along with my own experiments) for scaling up or down imported assets in Scorpion Engine.
It's not very good yet so I'm definitely happy to take improvements.

Exhausted myself today working on Parallax for Scorpion Engine on #Amiga.
Moon, clouds, mountains and spikes are made out of a single pair of 3x color sprites, leaving almost all of the sprites and palette available for other stuff. In OCS 32 col mode.

Added the ability to loop an animation from any arbitrary frame. That unlocks the possibility of run acceleration, skidding, idle animations, more dynamic jump/fall animations, things like that.
