8 AM UPDATE| As of 7:00 AM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm #JolinaPH was last spotted by PAGASA near the coast of San Juan, Batangas.
It is expected to make landfall over Lobo-San Juan, Batangas within the next 1-2 hours. Details to follow.
