Its love letter to my love for cooking with others and my love for being Korean-american. I wanted to talk about something that might be unpleasant in a fun/dark way.

A girl goes to help her grandma make her infamous kimchi stew at their restaurant. Throughout the process they keep on getting interrupted by a rude tourist. It’s ok at first but the tourist goes too far when he insults the stew they made. Later you see his head in the fridge

My notes from the Dreamworks presentation were basically me complaining about how they didn’t show flushed away in the intro clip 😂😂😂

For the first assignment of my character design class, we had to design a cartoon self so this is mine! this was a ton of fun :D

Just finished reading this in a Starbucks and I teared up at the end :’D which is pretty rare for me with manga. Man this was really nice to read especially with how burnt out and how aimless I’ve been feeling.
Totally recommend!
