@Remihime7 @Dizzy_Scrimblo Wait wait wait, a friend of mine pointed out that Cirno is actually the proper transliteration according to ZUN himself!
I downloaded an unpatched PCB to confirm his claims and sure enough it's there.

Katakana is tricky to transliterate sometimes but we have some closure now

Actually nevermind, Cirno is the correct transliteration after all!
