Aaaand here is my final #TheLionKing redesign: Nala! I wanted to make her stand out from the rest of the pride and keep her blue eyes somehow, so I turned her into a rare white lion! I liked her colors so much that I made two more studies of her, trying out different expressions

Here is my full rendition of Mufasa! Maybe we didnt see enough of him yet in the trailers, but I feel like Mufasa doesn't look as impressive in size (especially his mane) as in the original animated picture. Give him his long, voluminous, red mane goddamnit :'D #TheLionKing

You know, I kind of understand why Disney didn't give Scar his black mane, but I still think they could've done more to make him resemble his 2D counterpart while still keeping it realistic. And...then I got very curious how such a design maybe could've looked like! #TheLionKing

And here is the shiny version! :D Since Im a huge bird-nerd I based my design on a hawk and accordingly chose a brown color palette, but for the shiny version I thought it would be fitting to play with pastel-colors to make it look like a rare pokemon of the sky!
