and two secrets

Zelifarn (LG dragon eldritch knight) is an actual bronze dragon. Her humanoid appearance changes drastically. She speaks in clipped, abrupt statements & is very curious to learn about the world outside of her lair. NPC in several campaigns with drastically different results

The amount of PCs waned because I DMed far more than I played, so I also have played a great many NPCs of note:

Malvyre (rip), CN satyr rogue/bard
Jay, CG kenku rogue

Tove (NG half-orc rogue) is new and I can't talk much about her yet.

Neri (NG "water genasi" hexblood rogue) discovered she was the result of a bargain her father made with a sea hag for a child. Once she tried to leave home, he was claimed by the sea as part of said bargain. And the hag wasn't done with trying to claim Neri as well...

Liltra Pergwaine (CN fallen aasimar phantom rogue) lost her partner in a trapeze accident, in which she Fell when he fell to his death. She drank herself near to death with the guilt. Wound up in Barovia. Is probably still there to this day, living with the Vistani.

Elianys, Nys for short (CN dryad/eladrin hexblood barb) was ejected from her home plane, the Feywild, after a "misunderstanding" with an archfey. Separated from her OG party, she signed up at a guild for sellsword work, seeking to collapse a deadly cult before returning home.

Elune (NG half-orc storm barb) escaped the fighting pits of her past only to be turned into a squirrel by a coven of hags. It wasn't forever, though, and she eventually made her way down to Waterdeep for the pit fight scene.

Theribark, also just known as Bark (CG firbolg barbarian) similarly had very few thoughts, but the ones she had were genuinely sweet. She experienced the world through taste, licking the strangest of surfaces like a prospector testing gold. Victim of a false hydra. #dnd

Nesrin Sultry Almond Joy (CN satyr barbarian) had almonds for brains and rode the most chaotic of whims, escaping near death experiences with nary a thought to the dangers.
